Proptia will provide you the option to sell your customer database import services. There are three tiers:
Database Development Basic Dealer Price: $495 Part Number IS-DATADEV-BASIC
- The customer will be responsible for exporting and providing Proptia with a list of properties, residents, tenants, staff users, and vehicles. Proptia will massage the data and put it into the Proptia import template for upload into the customer’s site. This tier does not include importing visitors and credentials.
Database Development Standard up to 499 Properties Dealer Price $995 Part Number IS-DATADEV-STD
- The customer will be responsible for exporting and providing Proptia with a list of properties, residents, tenants, staff users, and vehicles, credentials, and visitors. Proptia will massage the data and put it into the Proptia import template for upload into the customer’s site. Any data discrepancies will be provided to the customer in a spreadsheet so that the customer can audit at their convenience.
Database Development Advanced between 499 and 999 Properties Dealer Price $1,495 Part Number IS-DATADEV-ADV
- The customer will be responsible for exporting and providing Proptia with a list of properties, residents, tenants, staff users, and vehicles, credentials, and visitors. Proptia will massage the data and put it into the Proptia import template for upload into the customer’s site. Any data discrepancies will be provided to the customer in a spreadsheet so that the customer can audit at their convenience.
Database Development Enterprise over 999 Properties Dealer Price $2,195 Part Number IS-DATADEV-ENT
- The customer will be responsible for exporting and providing Proptia with a list of properties, residents, tenants, staff users, and vehicles, credentials, and visitors. Proptia will massage the data and put it into the Proptia import template for upload into the customer’s site. Any data discrepancies will be provided to the customer in a spreadsheet so that the customer can audit at their convenience.
Please note*
Many existing software platforms do NOT require vehicles, transponders, credentials, and visitors to be directly associated to a specific user or resident which becomes evident once the data is exported from the existing software solution. Any exported data not directly associated with a resident or user will be imported to the primary user or the primary resident of a property. Proptia provides the ability to assign vehicles with their credentials and visitors to the appropriate person within the software. This can be accomplished by the resident or management.
User, member, and vendor vehicles transponders and other credentials and visitors not associated to an appropriate user will be assigned to a faux user for post import auditing. (This will be included in a post import audit spreadsheet and supplied to management)
Vehicle transponders (credentials) not associated with a vehicle or license plate will be imported at “Audit Credentials” to allow for proper assignment once the correct vehicle or license plate can be associated correctly post import. (This will be included in a post import audit spreadsheet and supplied to management)
