After a rigourous vetting process Proptia wins bid to replace Frontsteps/dwellingLIVE at the prestigious Newport Coast. Newport Coast features some of the most desired real estate and coveted gated communities made up of Coastal Canyon, Pelican Hill, Pelican Point, Pelican Ridge, Pelican Crest, and Ocean Heights totaling 1,638 homes. This is the second major cut-over in a matter of months. In January the star studded North Beverly Park (NBP) neighborhood in Beverly Hills as well as the stunning Malibu Colony in Malibu.
