The organization defines penalties for the first, second, and subsequent citations. Penalties can be set as a monetary amount ($_______) or as another Penalty (text). An example of another penalty is Loss of Amenity Privileges for a set number of days.

Yes, it is important for each organization to consider establishing a policy regarding visitors, particularly those who have multiple hosts, concerning ultimate responsibility and escalation policy. This is especially crucial if the visitor cannot be contacted directly or if they refuse to cooperate or communicate with notifications, violations, or citations.

The minimum required information for the initial setup includes the Speed Camera Name(s), Street Name, and Speed Limit. Traffic Direction (entry or exit) is optional, as needed.  Proptia will require a signed Proptia TrafficLogix Integration, signed by a responsible executive, to obtain approval to capture data from your TrafficLogix system.

Organizations must define the verbiage for notifications (warnings) and parameters before escalating to a violation. This includes setting a time parameter (e.g., per month, per calendar year, or per specified number of days), and a corresponding quantity associated with that time parameter. Only one parameter is used per organization. If no notifications are to be used, “None” is selected, and the first offense will immediately receive a Violation.

Proptia automatically looks up the license plate found within the organization. This lookup covers HOA Residents, Members, Users, Vendor Companies, and/or Visitors.
